Zendesk Helpdesk Software

I noticed a Google ad for Zendesk the other day so I thought I should add them to my list of links on the sidebar. I have no experience with the software but the page is nice and who would like something with "zen" in the title?

I have been using them for over a year, and really like the helpdesk. I find that for my business it is a selling point to people to know that my helpdesk is offline, so that even when my site is down, clients can still open tickets to get help.

Zendesk is slick. However, beyond a "ticketing system" it lacks a bit of bells-and-whistles.

We haven't been *sold* on the whole "data cloud" bit just yet. If it breaks, I want to know why. :)

We been running the Free Edition of the Web Help Desk Software and could be happier!

I had some issues with zendesk as well.

Some time ago we switched to a tool called bridgetrak and are happy we switched. It works well in our environment.

This tool is stable, includes rich functionality and was pretty easy to implement and to use.

If you have any questions about this solution - feel free to ask, I have a lot of experience using it.
